What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to provide.
If you are using our online shop, we will also collect and process financial information through secure third party payment processors (Shop Pay and Paypal). We do not have access to your bank or payment card information.
We will collect your address for delivery purposes and for payment processing.

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at the business address in a combination of paper files and digital customer database. Your email address is stored by our email server.
We keep your name, address, telephone and email address for 20 years. We will then dispose of your information by either paper shredding or deleting files.
